The "Fiss Residences" project is being built in the beautiful Alpine ski region of Serfaus-Fiss-Ladis, in the midst of beautiful nature and of course in the immediate vicinity of great ski areas.
Each apartment is fully furnished and equipped. That means you only have to pack your bags and don't have to worry about anything else.
Great value is placed on high-quality materials for the interior design. All apartments are equipped with luxurious fitted kitchens including kitchen appliances such as dishwashers, ovens, stoves and much more from well-known, solid German brands.
In order to underline the cozy flair of the apartments, you will also find warm and natural materials with a luxurious look in the home textiles. In addition, a cozy lighting concept was installed in each apartment.
The in-house restaurant with 98 seats enchants its guests every day with fresh and regional dishes. In a cozy and friendly atmosphere you can forget everyday life for a moment and enjoy the culinary delights.
For total relaxation after a long day of skiing or a demanding hike, the project offers a spacious wellness area with 2 saunas, an infrared cabin and a relaxation room.
The location - a dream!
The municipality of Fiss lies on the south-facing sun terrace at the foot of the Samnaun Group, around 500 meters above the valley floor of the Upper Inn Valley. A record-breaking 2,000 hours of sunshine are recorded on the sun terrace of Tyrol every year. The Schönjoch (2,491 meters high), the northwesternmost peak of the Samnau group, rises above the village. Across the valley is the lower Glockturmkamm (3,148 meters high) and the entrance to the Kaunertal.
The village fascinates with its 600-year-old town center and the unmistakable house entrances and winding streets that attract numerous holidaymakers to Tyrol.
