40-year-old Mark Jaekel has been Managing Director of Tirol Real Estate since October 2022. For him it is a return to his adopted home of Tyrol. The qualified engineer is married, has two children and worked for Peek & Cloppenburg in Innsbruck from 2012 to 2017 before temporarily moving abroad again. Most recently, Jaekel worked for Lidl as an authorized signatory and sales manager with authority over up to 2,000 employees. Through several career stations abroad, including in Eastern Europe, Jaekel brings an international network and corporate know-how to his new position in Tyrol.

„The quality-conscious!“

Michael Karlinger, a graduate of the renowned Innsbruck hotel management school "Villa Blanka", only wanted to learn from the best from the start. He therefore chose the Stromburg, Germany's best-known gastronomic refuge from star chef Johann Lafer, as his first place of work. He then studied "Management in the tourism and leisure industry", worked as a chef at the "Golfclub Innsbruck Igls" and ran the restaurant "Biss.ness" in Innsbruck, trained as a commercial investment advisor, became an insurance agent and also completed his commercial training Financing experts – his customers have trusted him in this area for more than twelve years. Michael Karlinger only completed the "real estate trustee" (restricted to property developers and real estate agents) last year in order to be able to advise his customers on all real estate matters. His experience in tourism and his interdisciplinary expertise enable him and his business partners to professionally plan and successfully implement apartment buildings such as "LakeSide Apartments" in Seefeld, "Panorama Residence Mösern" and "MountainView Apartments Westendorf".

The opening of the Innsbruck real estate agency "TIROL REAL ESTATE" was a highlight in 2019, as was the engagement to his future wife Martina. In July 2021, the two celebrated their exclusive dream wedding in enchanting Munich. We wish them both the best and a wonderful and happy future together!

„The Trendsetter“

Michael Hauser (30) knows: Real estate is the safest investment you can invest in. In addition, more money was earned in the real estate sector than in all industrial investments combined. That's why the former Wilten Boys' Choir really wanted to graduate from the Innsbruck Commercial Academy alongside his music and theater career. Equipped with the necessary specialist knowledge, he worked for a well-known real estate company in Tyrol after graduating. There, superiors, colleagues and customers were equally enthusiastic about his appreciative and friendly demeanor, which he was taught on his numerous worldwide tours with the Wilten Boys' Choir.

His talent and ambition then led him into entrepreneurship. "MH2 Immobilien" was founded and expanded to include "MH2 Immobilienverwaltung", which rents out holiday apartments. In 2018, "M3 Immobilien GmbH" was added. The name comes from the three founding members Michael Karlinger, Michael Hauser and Michael Mayer. The M3 serves as a developer company and takes over the renovation and new construction of the projects. In 2019, an absolute highlight followed for Michael - the opening of the Innsbruck real estate agency "TIROL REAL ESTATE". There he can, among other things, contribute his pronounced interest and flair for interiors and architecture. In addition, Michael Hauser acts as press spokesman for “TIROL REAL ESTATE”.

"The seller"

Klaus is a real estate trustee, broker and property developer with a particular focus on the Oberland in Tyrol. Klaus' passion for real estate was awakened early on when he built his own house and he has been an integral part of the industry ever since. He particularly appreciates the great team at Tirol Real Estate, which consists of young, motivated colleagues who complement each other perfectly.

Klaus is an honest broker who cares about the satisfaction of his customers. He is committed to ensuring that buyers and sellers are happy at the end of the day and can improve their lives. Whether it's a small garconnaire or a penthouse, Klaus' fascination with different architectural styles and living situations is unbridled and always drives him to new projects.

When Klaus is not active in the world of real estate, he enjoys spending his time with his family and children. Klaus is particularly inspired by the books by author Luise Hay and reads them with great enthusiasm.

Klaus has been the location manager for the Oberland region since May 2023 and heads our Tirol Real Estate Oberland office in Mils near Imst.

“The organizational talent”

Andrea is a sales assistant to the management at Tirol Real Estate. She has been supporting the team since April 2022, taking on agent inquiries and creating exposés for various properties. As a back office expert, she carries out all tasks responsibly.

If Andrea only had one more day to live, she would enjoy life and spend time with family and friends. She also wants to do good by taking care of the little things that are often overlooked but can have a big positive impact. One person who particularly inspires Andrea is Cristiano Ronaldo. Like Ronaldo, Andrea strives to do her best in everything she does and to consistently pursue her own path to success.

“The ambitious”

Martina has been part of our team since 2020 and takes care of insurance matters while also acting as a broker. She is a true expert in her field and, for us, embodies the absolute competence that defines our Tirol Real Estate brand.

Martina is proud of what our company has achieved in recent years. We have established ourselves as a very well-trained and innovative company and offer our customers perfect all-round support. For Martina, her work as a broker means always doing the best for the customer. She places great emphasis on listening carefully and asking detailed questions to find the right property for the client. When she sells a property, she ensures that it is presented perfectly.

In July 2021, Martina and Michael celebrated their exclusive dream wedding in enchanting Munich.

If Martina only had 24 hours to live, she would open a bottle of champagne, drive to McDonald's and spend her last hours with her husband.

“The communication talent”

With her remarkable knowledge of six foreign languages, Elke is able to serve a wide international clientele. This opens up incredible opportunities for us to realize our vision on a global scale. For Elke, Tirol Real Estate means a young, casual and dynamic team in which everyone has their own vision and direction. Nevertheless, everyone works together harmoniously to achieve common goals.

As an experienced real estate agent with 15 years of professional experience, Elke loves working with people and selling them a piece of the future. For them, every sale is a realization of a vision. Patrick is a self-employed real estate agent who has been a proud father since 2023. In addition to his work as a broker, he also acts as an independent property developer and cooperates with Tirol Real Estate. At Tirol Real Estate, Patrick particularly appreciates the outstanding team spirit, the relaxed working atmosphere, the impressive network and the excellent exchange of information. Tirol Real Estate is not only known for its established brand and good reputation, but above all for its successes in the field of tourism.

Patrick comes from a family of technicians who introduced him to real estate at a young age. Fascinated by the possibilities in this sector, he finally chose his career as a real estate agent and has been pursuing his passion with enthusiasm ever since.

In his work as a real estate agent, Patrick attaches particular importance to honesty and seriousness. Especially in this sector, it is crucial to always tell the truth and not deceive customers.

If Patrick only had one day left to live, he would spend it on the soccer field. He draws his inspiration from the stories of many football coaches, as he is also a coach himself and identifies with their work.

The host with a heart for Tyrol

Florian Brutscher began his career in the picturesque Allgäu, where he completed his training as a hotel manager and steadily worked his way up to general manager. He spent most of his professional career in Tyrol, where he made a name for himself in the top hotel industry - be it in renowned award-winning restaurants or exclusive luxury wellness hotels.

Florian's heart beats for the Wilder Kaiser region - for him it is the perfect place to balance his professional expertise with his personal interests. Together with his girlfriend, who has deep roots in this region, he chose Söll as his adopted home. Here he can fully pursue his passions such as hiking, skiing and stand-up paddling.

Florian inspires and convinces with his deep passion for his field. Be it the enthusiasm of buyers, guests or employees for a concept - Florian knows how to get people carried away. He always embodies the chosen concept with great dedication.

His recent work for an employer that places particular emphasis on the development of first-class real estate in the luxury segment gave Florian a broader perspective for his future. Here he found his calling as a real estate consultant and demonstrates an exceptional sensitivity to the individual needs of his guests and customers. As managing director, he also acquired a comprehensive understanding of contracts and transactions.

Florian's extensive career makes him the perfect contact for investment properties. Thanks to his in-depth knowledge of contracts and processes down to the smallest detail, he is always available to provide you with competent support.

Florian Brutscher successfully completed his state-certified hotel business administration degree in 2018 and adds his personal touch to the Tirol Real Estate team.

Since 2021, Simone has been navigating the world of real estate as a successful consultant with impressive skill. Stepping into this industry was more than just the realization of a long-held dream for her – it was a masterstroke. As a person with an extraordinary willingness to take responsibility, customer orientation and an infectiously friendly charisma, she immerses herself in her tasks with passion and energy.

Her previous self-employed work has equipped Simone with a solid understanding of the requirements of the industry. She knows the secrets of success and applies her extensive knowledge with precision. Simone's motto is "Constant and Steady", which not only underlines her dedication to continuous development, but also her tireless commitment to long-term success.

She is not only an experienced real estate consultant, but also a dedicated expert who always makes sure to keep her clients' needs in mind. Simone is more than just a professional – she is a passionate designer of real estate success.

I come from the Netherlands and am happily married. Together with my wife we ​​have two sons aged 15 and 17.

I worked professionally in the field of tourism and had the opportunity to travel to many countries and get to know different cultures.

I later changed my career path and worked as a real estate agent in Apeldoorn. My work as a real estate agent spanned various countries, including Netherlands, Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Croatia and Austria, where I brokered second homes.

“The Strategist”

Raimund has a doctorate in law and business administration. After starting his career in M&A management at a pharmaceutical company in Tyrol, he switched to management consulting. Raimund worked for leading top management consultancies throughout Europe for more than 10 years, primarily supporting banks, insurance companies and various industrial companies (e.g. in the automotive industry or mechanical engineering). The main focus of the consultation was the development of business models, reorganizations / turnarounds and corporate finance projects (e.g. company acquisitions, valuations).

A year off followed in 2015, which Raimund used for further training and travel. During this time he obtained the renowned CFA degree (“black belt” in finance) and discovered his interest in real estate. At the same time as founding his consulting company, Alpha Finanz- und Unternehmensberatung, Raimund completed his training as a real estate trustee (real estate agent, property developer and manager). His high level of professional qualifications allows Raimund to provide his customers with comprehensive advice, even on challenging projects.

Raimund has been working with TIROL REAL ESTATE since 2020 and focuses primarily on attracting investors for large projects and real estate developments.
