The smallest apartment can accommodate 2 people, the largest for 8 people. All apartments are turnkey.
In order to underline the alpine flair of the house, the interior design will be adjusted accordingly. Natural wooden floors are in harmony with a fantastic view and feel-good design. The house also offers an exclusive wellness area.

For an all-round sense of well-being, a photovoltaic system and an air heat pump will be installed at the Zugspitz Residence. This technology can make a significant contribution to climate protection and is also inexpensive to maintain. With this specially generated electricity, you can not only supply household appliances, but also heat the building or charge an electric car in combination with the heat pump. The aspect of protecting the environment is also very important to us. In contrast to conventional power generation, these systems emit little climate-impacting CO2 and are therefore 100% climate-neutral.

The Tiroler Zugspitz Arena offers seven sensational ski areas, all of which can be reached quickly and meet every requirement. 142 km of pistes (106 km of which are snow-covered) and 56 mountain railways are at your disposal. Skiing on the Zugspitze, in Ehrwald, Lermoos, Bieberwier, Bichlbach or Berwang means variety and unforgettable snow fun. From easy slopes for beginners and families to demanding descents for experienced skiers, everything is there.
Cross-country skiing is also an absolute pleasure. The view of the beautiful mountain panorama makes it a special experience. In total, the network of trails covers over 130 km, both classic and for skating. The individual routes are varied and offer something suitable for both ambitious and quieter athletes.
