The SUITES LADIS are located directly on the so-called sun terrace of Tyrol with over 2,000 hours of sunshine a year. The small town offers a year-round holiday offer and is one of the tourist regions with the highest number of overnight stays in Tyrol.
The SUITES LADIS, handed over ready to move in only with a suitcase, are fully equipped and convince with their exclusive design as well as their outstanding quality down to the smallest detail.
In the SUITES LADIS, a harmonious room concept for well-being meets a high-quality interior. This is evident in every room:
- Brushed, oiled country house oak floorboards and large tiles on the floors
- Comfortable box spring beds in the cozy bedrooms
- Kitchen furniture in warm colors and premium built-in appliances in the kitchens

After the purchase, you do not have to worry about the operation and you can relax and watch how your return is generated. The experienced and established operator ALPS RESORT concludes an operator contract with you for 10 years and rents all SUITES LADIS to holiday guests. Each apartment is billed individually and you receive the return on your property.
All apartments combine alpine design with high-quality materials and have a terrace or balcony. There are three apartment types to choose from:
- 1 bedroom (31 – 77 m²)
- 2 bedroom (58 – 85 m²)
- 3 bedroom (100 – 106 m²)
