Lecture at the TFBS Landeck
Last week, Elke Ramsak and Klaus Venier advised the students at the Tyrolean Vocational School for Tourism and Commerce in Landeck onabout commercial real estate. In doing so, they delighted the students with exciting insights into the world of real estate investment.
Their presentation began with an introduction to the topic of commercial real estate and an explanation of what exactly is meant by it, followed by a discussion of the different types of commercial real estate.
Especially interesting was the information, about the advantages and disadvantages of commercial real estate as an investment object. It was explained, for example, that commercial real estate generally offers a higher return than residential real estate, but is also associated with higher risks. She also presented various financing options and explained the importance of rental income and leases, as well as how they differ from leases.
In the second part of their presentation, they addressed current questions from the students. Among other things, they talked about commercial licensing procedures, dangers in old buildings with regard to the protection of historical monuments, rental agreements, leases, purchases,......
Finally, the two presenters gave practical tips and recommendations for prospective investors and encouraged their students to look into commercial real estate and helped them further with their prepared gastro concept."
